That's very good of you, one thing though, I'm not anti Catholic. Well actually that's not strictly true as I suppose I'm anti religion plus with my wife and kids being Catholics it would make it very uncomfortable around the house especially with my youngest having his First Communion this May.

Also I've no real time for the Orange Orders either or any other groups based on religion.

"Fuck the Queen" isn't anti-protestant. Yes, some people use it in that way, but most people are against the queen as she is head of the monarchy. Also, the people who run this country discriminate against Catholics (A Catholic cannot be Prime Minister, and I'm sure they aren't allowed to be King/Queen either)

Can we have a Protestant Pope? After all he's the head of the Catholic Church while the Queen is head of the Protestant Church.

I'd also say that when you say most are against the Queen as she is head of State that's not really the case among Celtic fans now is it, be honest with yourself even if you can't be honest on here.

It's also worth pointing out that Scottish Labour is almost entirely ruled by Catholics, leading Scottish politicians such as Henry McLeish and Frances Curran of the Scottish Socialists. Even today the papers are full of corruption stories between very high level local and Government level Officials about giving work contracts and inflated payments, all those involved have also very close links with Celtic and the revamping of Parkhead at Taxpayers expense.

So why shouldn't a Catholic be Prime Minister? It's a post that has absoloutely no religious connotations attached to it.

I think that Law has been changed although there is a connection as the Prime Minister appoints the Archbishop of Westminster who is the religious adviser to the Monarch.

So what does all this religious crap have to do with Rangers FC? Honestly this thread has only got a few posts and it is already turning into a shambles. There's been no mention of what the last results were and against who they were played, who the next games are going to be against, which players are injured and which are on the mend and coming back, etc. etc.

If it continues like this then the Celtic and Rangers threads should be merged and renamed the "The Old Firm mudslinging box".

If you want to know how Rangers are doing I will try and keep up with it. Yesterday we drew 3-3 with Dundee United in the Cup and will now have a reply. Last Tuesday we won 2-0 at Kilmarnock to go 13 points clear and this weekend we have the League Cup Final against St Mirren

A 1-0 win for us today in the Cup Final in what was a very dull boring game. We had 2 players sent off in the second half but scored with our only real effort at goal in the 82nd minute

Sadly a 1-0 defeat for us in the Scottish Cup away to Dundee United. The only positive thing is that we can now concentrate on the League which we should wrap up in the next few weeks.

A superb 4-1 win for us today away to Hearts, 4 more wins and the Title is won and that could happen as quick as 2 weeks.

Why is it a surprise, like Celtic fans there are only minimal displays of flags and banners at away games.

Was more a reference to the rangers fan groups being very in-active this season, a few displays for big games and nothing else.

Same goes for Celtic fans at away grounds though, surprised you didn't mention that
